Personalized Compassion in Every Interaction

At Ark Animal Hospital, compassionate care isn’t a tagline—it’s our promise. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll notice the warmth and kindness that define our practice. Clients consistently praise our staff’s ability to connect with both pets and their people, describing our team as “caring, professional, full of knowledge, and animal lovers through and through.” We understand that each pet has its own personality, medical history, and comfort zone, so we take the time to listen, observe, and tailor our approach to suit their unique needs. It’s this level of personalized attention that transforms a veterinary visit from stressful to supportive.

Expert Veterinary Leadership with Dr. Janet Jones

For more than two decades, Dr. Janet Jones has been at the heart of Ark Animal Hospital’s reputation for excellence. Time and again, clients call her “the best veterinarian,” citing her patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to animal welfare. As one satisfied pet owner shared, “Dr. Jones is my favorite vet in the world! She’s so genuinely interested in how your animals are doing.” Under her leadership, our practice upholds the highest standards of clinical care, ensuring accurate diagnoses, thoughtful treatment plans, and a trusting relationship between pet, owner, and veterinarian.

Seamless Scheduling & Transparent Pricing

We know that busy schedules and unexpected health concerns can make appointment planning challenging. While our dedication to thorough, unhurried care occasionally leads to wait times—some clients noting that 45-minute delays are “because of [the] care of your pet”—we believe that quality care is worth the short wait. To ease any inconvenience, we offer flexible scheduling, clear communication about anticipated appointment durations, and follow-up calls 1–2 days post-visit to check on your pet’s progress. Our pricing reflects both our expertise and compassion, with clients regularly commenting, “Their pricing is fair. I never thought it was expensive.”

Comprehensive Emergency & After-Hours Support

Medical emergencies don’t adhere to business hours—and neither do we. Ark Animal Hospital’s commitment to urgent care shines through our same-day appointments and 24/7 phone support. When your pet needs immediate attention, our answering service promptly connects you with a veterinarian. One relieved owner recalled, “Dr. Jones called me back and offered to see Molly even though it was after regular office hours.” Whether it’s an unexpected injury, sudden illness, or a late-night concern, our team is always ready to guide you toward the best possible outcome.

Collaborative Care & Continuous Follow-Up

Effective veterinary medicine extends beyond the exam room. We prioritize clear, jargon-free explanations of treatment options and engage you in every decision regarding your pet’s health. After your visit, we proactively follow up with phone calls to ensure your pet is recovering comfortably and to answer any lingering questions. This dedication to communication fosters trust and reassures owners that their companions remain our priority long after they leave our clinic.

A Unique Haven: Serenity Garden & Grief Support

At Ark Animal Hospital, compassion reaches beyond physical healing. Our Serenity Garden and adjacent Serenity Room are heartfelt tributes to the human-animal bond, offering a tranquil space for reflection and remembrance. Designed by Dr. Jones herself, this serene setting allows families to honor their pet’s life in a peaceful environment.
