Whether you’re looking for a reliable pet sitter to drop in midday, a secure cat boarding service for an extended vacation, or an energetic dog day care center where your pup can socialize, we’ve got you covered. Our skilled dog walkers bring fresh air and exercise to your dog’s day, while our pet boarding service offers comfortable accommodations and round-the-clock care. If a major household move is on the horizon, our specialized pet moving service eases the transition for both you and your companion.

Clear Communication & Daily Updates

One of the cornerstones of our success is the transparent, consistent communication that keeps you connected to your pet’s day-to-day life. We know how hard it can be to leave your best friend behind, so our team goes above and beyond with daily check-ins, detailed activity summaries, and a steady stream of photos. As one satisfied customer shared, “They always sent me pictures, and they sent me updates every day.” This outstanding photo-and-update service not only reassures worried pet parents but also allows you to share your beloved companion’s adventures with friends and family.

Attentive, High-Quality Care Tailored to You

At Keystone Critter Care, we follow your instructions to the letter. From specialized feeding plans to medication schedules and preferred play routines, we ensure that every detail is honored. As one reviewer noted, “All three cats were well taken care of, and they followed all of our instructions.” Our attentive care extends beyond mere routine: our team members engage pets in mentally stimulating games, guided exercise, and social interactions that reflect each animal’s personality. When you return, you’ll find a happy, contented pet—and no detail overlooked.

Building Trust from Day One

First-time users often arrive with a mix of excitement and apprehension. Our mission? To replace that uncertainty with confidence and calm. “This was our first time using something like this, and they were both able to put us at ease,” one new client remarked. We achieve this by pairing you with dedicated caregivers who conduct meet-and-greet sessions, answer every question, and walk you through our processes. Our flexible scheduling, transparent pricing, and friendly support staff ensure that your first experience is so positive you’ll be planning your next booking before you leave.

Our expertly trained staff members, including perennial favorites Taylor and Ophelia, are known for their warm, professional demeanor. Clients rave, “Both Taylor and Ophelia were fantastic when it came to communication—great people!” From the moment you connect with us, you’ll notice the difference: courteous appointment confirmations, punctual arrivals, and genuine enthusiasm for animal welfare.
