Why Pet Owners Choose MUTTch Better

1. Staff Friendliness & Professionalism
“Very friendly and very nice,” say our clients, and they’re not alone. Whether it’s Kate’s gentle approach with senior cats or a cheerful greeting from our dog walkers, our staff brings warmth and respect to every interaction. We’re trained to handle pets and homes with integrity, so you always feel confident in choosing us.

2. Reliability & Punctuality
On-time arrivals and clear communication are non-negotiable. You’ll receive a courtesy text before each visit, and our team—led by the dynamic duo Mike & Sarah—consistently delivers prompt, dependable service. In one customer’s words: “Always on time and will text you before coming over.”

3. Communication & Real-Time Updates
Separation anxiety fades away when you see your pet’s happy face mid-day. Our custom visit updates include photos, quick notes, and any relevant details—so you’re never left wondering how Fido spent his afternoon. “They send tons of pictures and communicated with every check-in,” writes one delighted pet parent.

4. Quality of Care & Animal Happiness
Pet well-being lies at the heart of everything we do. From fun play sessions to gentle medication reminders, our team ensures every pet feels safe and adored. “My dogs absolutely love their walkers and caretakers!” one review gushes, while another marvels, “He loved them so much that he didn’t want us to come home!”

5. Affordability & Transparent Pricing
Outstanding care shouldn’t come with a premium price tag. Our competitive rates reflect our commitment to value—many clients note savings compared to kennels and other services. “Great rates, too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best,” says one satisfied customer.

6. Service Variety & Flexibility
From yard cleanup to overnight in-home sitting, our full spectrum of services adapts to your changing needs. Whether you booked months in advance or reached out last minute, we rise to the occasion. “We only called them yesterday. They were quick, reliable, and polite. A last minute service = a job WELL DONE.”
