At Prime Auto Service, we believe trust is earned through openness. Clients appreciate that we never hide costs or gloss over findings. We invite you into the bay for a live diagnostic walkthrough—just as one customer shared, “They ran a diagnostic, called me in to SHOW me what was wrong… with print-out proof.” It’s our way of making sure you fully understand recommended repairs before any work begins.

Fair Pricing That Puts You in the Driver’s Seat

Nobody likes surprise fees. Whether you’re facing brake work, an oil change, or a timing belt replacement, we’ll help you find cost-effective options—including part-sourcing advice that can cut your expenses in half.

Speedy, Same-Day Service

Life doesn’t wait while your car is in the shop—so neither do we. Many clients arrive with urgent needs and leave the same day. One delighted customer reported, “Muffler sawed and re-welded and brakes put back on in less than 45 minutes.” From routine inspections to emergency repairs, our efficient workflow and skilled technicians make quick turnarounds a hallmark of our service.

Clear Communication at Every Step

Complex auto issues can feel overwhelming. That’s why we take the time to explain both the problem and the solution in plain language. “Frank provided a clear, detailed explanation of the necessary repairs,” shared one satisfied driver. With diagrams, photos, and printed reports, you’re never left guessing. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can make informed decisions that align with your budget and timeline.

Quality Control with a Commitment to Improvement

We stand behind every repair. While the vast majority of jobs sail through final inspections, we’ve learned from occasional feedback about missed details—and we’ve used it to refine our checklist process. Your safety and satisfaction are paramount. If an issue arises after service, simply let us know, and we’ll make it right with the same dedication we bring to every oil change and engine rebuild.

Personalized Service from Frank & Team

Prime Auto Service isn’t a faceless chain; it’s a family-run operation led by Frank and his brother-in-law. Their hands-on involvement means your vehicle receives personalized care from experts who know your name—and your car’s history. As one client noted, “Frank at Prime Auto demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise,” while another appreciated that they “did an amazing job… not rushing you out of the shop.”

Part-Sourcing Expertise to Stretch Your Dollar

We understand that parts can be as costly as labor. That’s why we offer proactive guidance on locating quality components at the best prices. Many customers save hundreds this way, paying us only for the labor to install parts they’ve sourced. It’s this blend of expertise and resourcefulness that turns first-time callers into lifelong customers.
