Whether you’re fueling up for the next leg of a road trip, grabbing a quick bite, or simply in need of everyday essentials, Top Star delivers a seamless experience defined by cleanliness, friendly service, and unbeatable value. With its well-maintained facilities, on-site amenities, and a team that greets you with a genuine smile, this convenience store stands out as a shining example of what modern quick-stop retail can—and should—be.

A Spotless Destination

From the moment you step through the doors, you’ll notice Top Star’s unwavering commitment to cleanliness. Shoppers often comment on the immaculately swept floors and clutter-free aisles, but it’s the restrooms that truly steal the show. “Very clean inside, including the restroom,” one guest noted, and families appreciate the dedicated men’s, women’s, and family restrooms for their hygienic layout—perfect for busy parents changing diapers on the go. This meticulous attention to detail creates a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable and confident returning time and again.

Friendly Faces Behind the Counter

Top Star’s true heart lies in its people. Front-line associates greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism, transforming a quick stop into a personalized experience. Amanda, who often opens the store with boundless energy, has earned a reputation for her multi-tasking prowess and welcoming spirit. Customers have said, “Amanda was awesome… All with a smile & a friendly greeting,” and they keep coming back just for that upbeat start to their day. Regulars also rave about Travis, whose good humor and attentive service turn a routine coffee run into a mini-highlight. His consistent courtesy—“Always an incredible experience whenever I stop in”—underscores the genuine relationships nurtured at Top Star.

Value and Savings at Your Fingertips

In an era where every cent counts, Top Star goes the extra mile to deliver competitive pricing on fuel and everyday goods. Guests consistently praise the store’s “affordable gas rates,” and savvy drivers love the immediate loyalty card discounts. Thanks to a partnership with Exxon-Mobil, eligible customers see their savings applied right at the pump. “This location honors my Exxon-Mobil credit card, and I now receive the discount right at the pump,” one reviewer shared, highlighting how effortless it is to save money without stepping foot inside the store again.

On-Site Amenities for Busy Travelers

Convenience is more than a buzzword at Top Star—it’s a promise. Tucked beside the fuel pumps is a Subway restaurant, offering hot, made-to-order sandwiches that are perfect for anyone on the go. Whether you need a hearty breakfast before hitting the road or a light lunch between errands, the in-store Subway delivers consistent quality and swift service. It’s easy to “gas up, grab a bite to eat, and be on your way,” making Top Star an indispensable stop for families, commuters, and professionals who value speed without sacrificing taste.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

While Top Star excels in many areas, it also listens closely to customer feedback to refine its offerings. A few guests have flagged equipment issues—namely a malfunctioning air-pump pressure gauge—calling out the frustration of not knowing how much air they’re adding. Recognizing the importance of reliable vehicle maintenance tools, management is prioritizing repairs and upgrades to ensure every pump and gauge meets the high standards set elsewhere in the store. This proactive approach to solving problems showcases Top Star’s dedication to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.

Building Trust Through Professionalism

Beyond friendly greetings and clean facilities, trust is fundamental to the Top Star ethos. Most customers describe staff as courteous and helpful, ready to answer questions or lend a hand with purchases. While isolated incidents of unhelpful management have surfaced—such as a guest who felt dismissed by a “figure it out yourself” response—the overwhelming majority of interactions exemplify professionalism and integrity. Top Star is actively training its team to reinforce a culture of respect, accountability, and genuine care for every visitor who walks through its doors.
