One of our greatest assets is the people behind the counters. Customers consistently praise our welcoming, helpful team members who make moving day feel less daunting. Shanna’s leadership and compassion set the tone for our facility—she’s been lauded for going above and beyond to guide families through every detail of their reservation. Hailey exemplifies dedication: she’s been known to multitask across three terminals on her day off, ensuring each customer feels valued. John’s trailer expertise transforms complicated hookups into a seamless experience. Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Every business faces challenges, and we’re no exception. Some customers have shared frustrations about reservation changes or unexpected fees. We’ve listened. Our team is refining reservation communications to ensure pick-up locations, duration, and equipment availability match what you see. We’re enhancing billing transparency so you know exactly what your invoice covers—no surprises on mileage or insurance charges. Additionally, we’re upgrading our after-hours drop-off process and mobile app interface, making photo uploads faster and guaranteeing that you can return your vehicle at your convenience.

Maintaining Reliable Equipment

A smooth move depends on well-maintained trucks and trailers. We recognize feedback regarding cleanliness, maintenance checks, and missing parts. In response, our maintenance crew performs rigorous inspections before each rental. Windows are cleaned inside and out, seat belts and safety devices are verified, and tires and fluids are checked. If you ever notice an issue, our on-site technicians are ready to address it immediately. We strive to deliver vehicles that are safe, clean, and road-ready so you can focus on settling into your new space.

Flexible Scheduling and Transparent Pricing

Planning a move can be complex, especially when timing matters. While some customers have experienced scheduling hiccups—like shortened rental windows or last-minute location changes—we’re standardizing our processes to keep you informed. Our reservation system is linked directly to our front desk, reducing communication gaps. For pricing, we break down every charge—base rate, mileage, optional coverage, and props—so you can see exactly where your dollars go. No more guessing about fuel or insurance fees; what you see at booking is what you pay at return.
