West Penn Automotive

Nestled in the heart of Robesonia, PA, West Penn Automotive has built a rock-solid reputation as your neighborhood auto repair shop. From routine oil changes to complex engine diagnostics, our family-owned business delivers honest workmanship, transparent pricing, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you drive a compact sedan or a heavy-duty truck, you’ll find the same level of care, expertise, and integrity that keeps our customers coming back time and again.

Comprehensive Auto Services

At West Penn Automotive, we’re more than just a “fix-it” garage. Our full range of services includes:

• Air Conditioning Repair Service to keep you cool in summer heat
• Brake Shop expertise for safe, responsive stopping power
• State-licensed Car Inspection Station services for peace of mind on the road
• Tire Shop and Wheel Alignment Service to extend tire life and improve handling

Each service is backed by clear, upfront estimates and multiple repair options. That means you decide what work gets done, when it gets done, and how much it will cost—no surprises.

A Culture of Honesty & Integrity

We recognize that entrusting your vehicle to a shop requires trust. That’s why West Penn Automotive has made “always honest” our guiding principle. As one longtime patron put it, “This is the most honest place I have been to in my life. Never tries to nickel and dime me.” We don’t upsell unnecessary work—if your car only needs a simple tune-up, that’s exactly what we’ll do.

Our lead technician, Mike, embodies this commitment. “Mike always takes the time to explain things and is as honest as they come,” raves another customer. From the moment you drop off your keys, you’ll receive clear explanations of any issues, several cost-effective repair scenarios, and a realistic timeline for completion.

Fair Pricing & Exceptional Value

Competitive pricing isn’t an afterthought—it’s a promise. With labor rates as low as $13/hour for general service and tire rotation, we deliver unbeatable value compared to dealerships and other garages. Customers routinely share stories of quoting elsewhere—only to find West Penn’s final bill “always a fraction of the price I was quoted.” We believe great service shouldn’t break the bank, and our transparent estimates reinforce that belief.

Quality Work You Can Rely On

When it comes to your vehicle’s safety and performance, there’s no room for second chances. At West Penn Automotive, “getting the job done right the first time” isn’t a slogan—it’s our standard. Mike and his skilled team of technicians tackle every repair with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring you won’t return with the same problem down the road. “Good people and good, quality work. You won’t be disappointed,” affirms one satisfied driver who’s made us their go-to shop.

Customer Service & Communication

From the front desk to the service bays, friendliness and professionalism define our customer experience. Whether you need a simple brake adjustment or a complex electrical diagnosis, you’ll always be greeted by courteous staff who listen, empathize, and accommodate your needs. We’ll walk you through every step—sharing diagnostic findings, offering multiple repair options, and answering your questions until you feel fully informed and comfortable.

Scheduling, Walk-Ins & Emergencies

We understand life doesn’t always wait for a convenient appointment slot. While our calendar can fill quickly for routine maintenance, we make room for genuine emergencies and walk-ins. “If there’s an emergency, you can leave your car & they’ll take a look,” reports one driver who needed prompt front-end repairs. That flexibility keeps you on the road and minimizes inconvenient downtime.
