Whether you need routine wiring, emergency repairs, or cutting-edge equipment installations, our skilled team is ready to serve you—fast.

A Culture of Responsiveness and Timeliness

At Top Notch Electric Inc, we understand that electrical issues rarely wait for a convenient hour. That’s why “same-day response” isn’t just a slogan—it’s our promise. Customers report calling early in the morning and having Dave and Zach at their door by mid-morning. In true dedication to rapid emergency response, even a 2:00 AM call for a heating failure turned into a 3:00 AM dispatch—and a warm home again by 4:00 AM. Our commitment to timeliness brings peace of mind when you need it most.

Unmatched Professionalism and Courtesy

From your first phone call to the completion of your project, professionalism and courtesy are hallmarks of our service. Our electricians arrive on time, greet you respectfully, and treat your home as if it were their own. One homeowner noted, “They were friendly & professional and cleaned up after themselves,” while another added, “The guys were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional.” This respect for your property and time ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Deep Technical Expertise and Thoughtful Problem-Solving

Top Notch Electric Inc is proud to have electrical engineers and master electricians who don’t just patch problems—they diagnose, explain, and solve. Dave’s cost-saving diagnostic approach exemplifies our ethos. Rather than pushing for an expensive breaker replacement, he investigated further, saving the customer over $100. Clients say, “Dave is a rare find in today’s service industry, a true master of his craft.” We believe in transparent, jargon-free communication: “Zach and Steven explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and seemed like great guys all around.”

Trustworthiness and Family-Run Reliability

As a family-owned operation, Top Notch Electric Inc stands on our word. Reviewers consistently praise our honesty and integrity: “They are dependable, trustworthy and fair, which are all important qualities,” and “A great family business.” Our team does what we say we’ll do—delivering on time, on budget, and to your complete satisfaction.

Fair Pricing and Outstanding Value

Quality electrical work shouldn’t cost a fortune. Customers appreciate our transparent, fair pricing and cost-saving recommendations. One client remarked, “Ridiculously nice, and super affordable,” while another said, “Cost of the service charge was reasonable and the total experience was great!” We aim to maximize value by avoiding unnecessary markups and offering solutions that truly meet your needs.

Cleanliness and Worksite Care

A great service call leaves no trace behind—except your problem, solved. Our electricians clean up after themselves meticulously, often leaving your workspace “as clean or cleaner than they found it.” We respect your home by containing debris, organizing materials, and conducting a final walkthrough to ensure every surface is spotless.

Scheduling Consistency and Transparent Communication

While most of our scheduling receives praise for clear, timely updates—“They called prior to coming to let us know they were on the way”—we acknowledge that occasional lapses occur. One customer experienced a delayed appointment with incomplete preparation. We take that feedback seriously, continuously refining our processes to guarantee that every visit is as seamless as our best ones.
