Nestled in the heart of Reading, Pennsylvania, Waterfall Car Wash offers a self-service car wash experience designed to keep your vehicle sparkling without breaking the bank. Whether you’re a daily commuter, a weekend road-tripper, or a proud car enthusiast, our drive-through bays and touch-free wash option deliver the clean you need, when you need it—quickly and conveniently.

Exceptional Convenience and Value

For more than a decade, locals have trusted Waterfall Car Wash for reliable, budget-friendly service. With simple, self-serve bays, you control your wash pressure, soap mix and wax application—no waiting behind slow conveyor systems. Our transparent pricing structure means no hidden fees, and with options starting at just a few dollars, it’s easy to keep your car looking its best on a regular basis. “I’ve been using it for probably 10 years… it’s convenient and that’s why it thrives in the area,” one long-time customer notes.

Touch-Free Wash: Gentle on Your Paint

Owners of high-end vehicles will appreciate our touch-free wash option, which applies a high-pressure rinse without brushes or cloth strips. This advanced service ensures even sensitive finishes get a thorough clean without risk of scratches. As one customer recommends, “If you have a nice car just do touch free.” Whether you’re protecting a brand-new paint job or preserving decades of patina, this premium feature is a perfect complement to our standard bays.

Powerful Vacuums and Clean Interiors

After rinsing and soaping, slide into our vacuum stations for a spotless interior finish. While some vacuums can be temperamental, many customers praise our newer machines: “Vacuums work great as well.” Strategically placed around the lot, these high-power vacuums remove everything from everyday dust to stranded snack crumbs, leaving carpets, upholstery and floor mats looking like new.

Equipment Reliability & Facility Care

At Waterfall Car Wash, we’re committed to maintaining our equipment for smooth operation every day. We understand that occasional hiccups—like coin jams or mid-cycle stops—can be frustrating, and we’re continuously upgrading bill acceptors and coin slots. Our facility’s drive-through lanes are designed to move you in and out swiftly, even during peak hours. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance keep hoses, wands and brushes functioning at peak performance, so you can count on a consistent wash every visit.

Customer Service & Owner Responsiveness

Transparency and open communication are central to our approach. We recognize the value of being reachable, so we’ve posted clear contact information on-site. If you ever encounter an issue—whether it’s a machine that ate a quarter or a rinse cycle that cut out unexpectedly—our owner is just a phone call away. “Love going to this car wash. Prices are great and if you have any issues you can call owner and he resolves issue immediately,” shared one satisfied patron. We stand behind our service, and we strive to make things right quickly and courteously.

Trust, Transparency & Accountability

At Waterfall Car Wash, your satisfaction is our top priority. We openly acknowledge that occasionally, spots or soap residue may linger—and when they do, we take responsibility. We’ve trained our staff and owner to personally review any complaint and to propose practical solutions, whether that’s a free re-wash or a loyalty discount. Our ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with customers who know we put integrity first.

Our location in Reading is designed with you in mind. Wide bays, well-lit lanes and clear signage guide your vehicle through each wash step.
