Rates follow the category, not the size of your business.
Each position shows two rates. The higher rate is for high-demand categories, the ones drawing the most traffic and the most competition for top spots: Home & Construction Services, Automotive, Health & Wellness, Professional Services, Real Estate, and Financial & Insurance Services. Every other category uses the standard rate. High-demand sponsorships also rotate on the homepage.
Rates rise as traffic rises. New agreements are priced at the current rate. The rate you sign holds for the full term, and renewing on time keeps it for as long as you stay.

- Your name is in front of Berks County all week. Berks County uses BerksConnect the way it uses a calendar: this weekend's events, this morning's news, the jobs board, where to eat, who to call. Your name is there every time they come back.
- Some of them are looking for you right now. When someone needs a roofer, a dentist, or a place to eat, they open that page or search for it, and your business sits at the top. A billboard shows your name to everyone driving past. This shows it to the person who needs you.
- You see what you got. The magazine and the billboard can only guess who saw them. Every sponsorship here reports how many times you were shown, where, and how many profile views, calls, website clicks, and direction requests followed.
- Published rates. Limited placements. One sponsor on a section, three on a category, the rate published and locked for as long as you renew. Ad auctions raise the price every time a competitor bids. Here, the number you sign is the number you pay. The one exception is the weekly email, which is priced by the size of its list.
Reporting comes with your sponsorship.

How buying works.
- Tell us about your business. Use the form below. If you know the category, section, or placement you want, tell us. If you are not sure, we'll give you a call, walk you through what's available, and help you choose.
- Sign one page. An insertion order lists your placements, the rate, and the term. Most sponsorships run for 12 months. The site sponsorship runs for three years. A 24- or 36-month term is available on the others at a lower rate when it is paid in full at signing.
- Billed once a year. The first year is due when you sign. A renewal year is due on the anniversary of your start date.
- Go live in two business days. Once we have the signed order, the first payment, and any logo or material your placement needs, your placement is on the site within two business days. Your term starts that day.
- Keep your rate. The rate on your order is fixed for the whole term. Nothing renews automatically. Before your term ends we offer you the renewal, and if you renew without a gap, you keep the rate you signed for as long as you stay. Weekly email sponsorships are the exception: they are month to month and priced by the subscriber count on the day each issue sends.
Sponsorships are governed by a written agreement. Premium and Plus listings are month to month, and you sign up yourself. Promoting an event, a deal or a job is a one-time purchase from your account, by the day.
