Now Hiring: Public Works Supervisor

The Borough of Robesonia is seeking a motivated and experienced Public Works Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Borough's Public Works Department.

This position oversees road maintenance, stormwater systems, vehicles and equipment, snow and ice operations, and supervises Public Works staff. The Supervisor also serves as the Borough Roadmaster and works closely with the Borough Manager, Borough Council, and the community.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervising Public Works employees and daily operations

Maintaining Borough roads, stormwater systems, buildings, and equipment

Coordinating snow removal and emergency response

Ensuring compliance with MS4 and other regulations

Budget participation, purchasing, and reporting

Hands-on work when needed

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience preferred

Municipal public works or related experience

Valid PA driver's license

Ability to work outdoors and respond to emergencies, including nights and weekends

Position Details:

Hours are negotiable up to 40 hours a week

Competitive pay based on experience
