How it works
Three steps, and every one of them is free.

Questions
The useful answers, upfront.
Posting is free. All you need is a free business page to post from.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Nothing. Posting jobs on BerksConnect is free, with no posting fees, no per-applicant charges, and no credit card required.
Do I need a business page before I can post?
Yes. Every job is posted from a business page so candidates can see who is hiring. Claiming an existing listing or adding a new business is free and takes a few minutes, and once your page is set up you can post jobs from your account.
How do applications reach me?
Candidates fill out the application form on your job page with their name, email, phone, an optional cover letter, and a resume. We screen out spam and forward real applications to the email address on your posting. Screened applications are also saved in your account so you can review candidates side by side.
Can candidates apply on our website instead?
Yes. Add an application link to your posting and the apply button will send candidates to your own site or applicant tracking system.
How long until my job goes live?
We review every posting before it publishes, usually within one business day. You will get an email as soon as it is approved.
Can I edit or close a posting?
Yes, at any time. Edits go through a quick re-review before the updated version appears, and you can close a posting the moment the role is filled.
