All Sales Are Final
All purchases of premium subscriptions and paid services on Berks Connect are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- One-time purchases or upgrades
- Featured placement fees
- Any other paid services
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a non-refundable payment for the services described at the time of purchase.
Subscription Terms
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. When you subscribe:
- You are charged immediately for the first month of service
- Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date
- You can cancel at any time, but the current billing period remains active until it expires
- No refunds or credits are provided for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. When you subscribe:
- You are charged immediately for the full year of service
- Your subscription automatically renews each year on the anniversary date
- You can cancel at any time, but the current annual term remains active until it expires
- No refunds or credits are provided for unused months
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (month or year).
- You retain all premium features until the subscription term expires.
- Automatic renewal is stopped so you won't be charged again.
- No refund is issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.
- Your listing reverts to a free listing with basic features once the subscription expires.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us:

Please allow up to 2 business days for cancellation requests submitted via email or phone to be processed.

Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, charged twice for the same subscription), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly.
To report a billing error, please provide:
- Your account email address
- The date(s) of the charge(s) in question
- The amount(s) charged
- A description of the error
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a valid charge, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- Remove any premium features from your listing
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns you may have.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our premium services at any time. If we make material changes that significantly reduce the value of a service you've paid for:
- We will provide reasonable notice when possible
- We may offer alternative features or services
- In exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rata credits toward future services
Free Trial Periods
If we offer a free trial period for any premium service:
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period
- Once charged, the standard no-refund policy applies
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
