At Advance Auto Parts, technical know-how is a cornerstone of our customer experience. Many visitors rave about the insights they receive: “The workers are very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.” Our associates—especially standout team members like Joey and Pete—go the extra mile to diagnose issues and guide you toward the right solution.

• Joey’s Exceptional Service: Known throughout Brodheadsville as the associate who never cuts corners, Joey consistently earns praise for his patience, thorough explanations, and genuine care. “Joey is the best at what he does. Somebody should give him a raise for his great customer service.”
• Pete’s Honest Battery Tests: When your engine won’t turn over, Pete steps in with a free battery test and honest diagnosis. One customer shared, “Thank you, Pete... they tested it out, charged it, and showed me it was good—saved me $180. Honest employees like Pete bring customers back.”

Convenient Services That Save You Time

Advance Auto Parts isn’t just about parts—it’s about making your life easier.

• Free Tool Loan Program: Need a torque wrench, brake bleeder, or specialty socket for a one-off job? Our tool rental service lets you borrow industry-grade equipment free of charge. “One of the store’s best perks is they have a myriad of auto repair tools they will loan out, free of charge, to DIY Auto Mechanics.”
• UPS Access Point: Drop off or pick up packages while you shop for parts. This added convenience means you can handle errands in one quick stop: “It’s also a UPS Access Point, so I was able to drop off some Amazon returns as well... I was in and out of there quickly.”
• Online Ordering & In-Store Pickup: Place your order by phone, and swing by for fast curbside or in-store pickup. Many customers praise the speed and ease of ordering; a few have reported occasional mix-ups, but our team is committed to getting it right the first time.

Aiming for Exceptional Service—Every Time

We understand the frustration of long lines and slow service, and we’re continually working to improve staffing levels and checkout speed. While some guests note wait times of ten minutes or more, most recognize our staff’s sincere efforts to help once they reach the counter: “Always get what I need from here and the employees are very helpful.” We’re proud of our friendly culture, even as we strive to minimize delays.

Real Feedback, Real Improvement

We value every piece of feedback—positive and constructive. While many customers applaud the helpfulness and professional expertise of our team, we’ve also heard concerns about occasional rudeness or lack of hands-on automotive experience. These insights fuel our ongoing training programs, designed to ensure every associate meets the high standard set by professionals like Joey and Pete.
