Honesty & Integrity—Always

Customers consistently applaud the transparent advice they receive, trusting that only necessary repairs are recommended. Don’s mantra is simple: fix what needs fixing today, and what can safely wait should wait. One fan expressed it succinctly: “Honest when it comes to what needs to be fixed and what can wait.” This integrity not only protects your wallet but also fosters long-term loyalty—a priceless benefit in automotive care.

Our Only Caveat: Selective Service on Certain Models

While Don Hart Automotive excels in most makes and models, there have been rare instances where specific vehicle types fall outside the shop’s service scope. For example, a customer once shared a lighthearted tale about Don joking that working on a certain Camry window “will drive him nuts.” If you drive a less common model or specialty vehicle, it’s always wise to call ahead. More often than not, Don and his team will find a way to accommodate you, but this small limitation is part of what allows them to maintain top-tier service for the vehicles they know best.
