For an emergency, the county crisis line answers around the clock. For counseling or treatment, the door depends on how you pay: private insurance goes straight to a provider, Medicaid covers most of them through HealthChoices, and with no insurance the county pays and Service Access & Management authorizes it. Support groups are free and need no referral.
