Living History Sunday brings the 18th century to life on the Weiser House grounds at the Conrad Weiser Homestead in Womelsdorf. Visitors can watch open-hearth cooking in the Springhouse kitchen and learn how meals were prepared in that era, from the foods people ate to the tools and methods they used.
Members of the Berks County Militia also take part, sharing the story of how the militia began and what its members did. Interpreters are on hand to answer questions, so come ready to look, listen and ask.
