About the workshop
Bee My Sunflower + is a guided painting workshop from Painting with a Twist. An instructor walks the room through the sunflower and bee artwork step by step, so you can follow along even if you have not painted before. You choose between a 16x20 canvas and a 16x20 wood plank board when you book, and optional add-ons such as glitter or a do-it-yourself scented soy wax candle are offered at checkout.
Sessions run Saturday afternoons from 1 PM to 3 PM. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get settled in your seat, or up to 30 minutes early if you want time to visit with friends first. Latecomers may not be able to paint. The studio uses non-toxic acrylic paint that stains fabric, so wear clothes you do not mind marking; aprons are provided.
This is a bring-your-own-bottle event for guests 21 and over, and food is welcome too. Cups, plates, napkins, chilling sleeves and bottle openers are supplied, but bring your own ice and any utensils. Booking with friends separately?
