Mountain Glow Blacklight Painting Class

About the workshop
Paint a glowing mountain scene with blacklight stars on a 16 by 20 inch canvas, guided step by step by artist Kale. Sunday sessions run late morning into the early afternoon. The painting is recommended for ages 8 and up, and the class is open to all ages, so groups of kids and adults often paint side by side.
The studio uses non-toxic acrylic paint that does stain fabric. Aprons are provided, but wear clothes you would not mind getting a little paint on. Plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, get smocked and settle in, since late arrivals may not be able to paint. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. The studio is bring your own beverage and provides cups; bring your own ice, and you must be 21 or over to drink alcohol.
Add-ons can be chosen with your reservation, including a glitter glue pen for extra sparkle or a do-it-yourself scented soy candle in your pick of over a dozen scents. Candle makers should arrive 30 minutes early. Seats are reserved online through the studio's event page. Adults who are only helping or watching do not need a seat, but let the studio know if you plan to stay.
