About the workshop
Paint a glowing Halloween scene on a 16x20 canvas in a blacklight studio at Painting with a Twist in Exeter Township. You pick one of the featured Neon Halloween designs and follow along step by step with the instructor, Kale. Sessions run on Saturday afternoons.
The studio uses acrylic paint. It is non toxic, but it does stain fabric, so wear clothes you would not mind getting a little paint on. Aprons are provided. Plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, get smocked and settle in, since late arrivals may not be able to paint. You can add a glitter glue pen or a do it yourself scented soy candle to your seat, and candle makers should arrive about 30 minutes early.
This painting is recommended for ages 6 and up, and all ages classes often include a mix of kids and adults. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks. The studio is bring your own bottle, so alcoholic beverages may be present; cups are provided, bring your own ice, and you must be 21 or over to drink. Reserve a seat through the studio's event page, and let the studio know if you are coming with others so you can be seated together.
