About the workshop
Spooky Coo is a guided painting session at Painting with a Twist in Exeter Township. Brandalyn leads the class step by step, and you choose whether to paint the design on a 16x20 canvas or a 16x20 wood plank board. It runs Sunday afternoons and is recommended for ages 12 and up.
We use acrylic paint, which is non-toxic but stains fabric. Aprons are provided, though it is smart to wear clothes you would not mind getting a little paint on. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get settled in your seat, or up to 30 minutes early if you want more time to relax with friends. Latecomers may not be able to paint, so give yourself extra time. Add-ons can be chosen at checkout, including glitter, a glow paint pen and a do-it-yourself scented soy candle; the candle needs a 30 minute early arrival.
The studio is bring-your-own-bottle for guests 21 and up, and food is welcome too. Cups, plates, napkins, wine chilling sleeves and bottle openers are on hand, but bring your own ice and any eating or serving utensils. Seats are reserved through the studio's online booking page, and you can note your group's name if you are booking separately from friends.
