About the workshop
Painting with a Twist walks you through the Victorian Gothic design step by step, so you leave with your own finished piece. You choose whether to paint on a 16x20 canvas or a 16x20 wood plank board. Kale leads the session. All the paint and supplies you need are set out for you at your seat.
This is an evening class, so it is for adults, and painters ages 14 and up are welcome when an adult is painting alongside them. It is BYOB, and you must be 21 or over to drink in the studio. You can bring your own drinks and food. The studio provides cups, plates, napkins, chilling sleeves and bottle openers, but not ice or utensils. You may also add glitter, glow paint or a DIY scented soy wax candle to your reservation.
Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get settled, smocked and in your seat, or up to 30 minutes early if you want more time to relax first. Latecomers may not be able to paint. If you are booking separately but want to sit with friends, note your group name in the special request box. Reserve your spot online in advance.
