Cub Corner Story Time is a recurring story hour at the Reading Public Library's Southeast Branch on Perkiomen Avenue. A staff member reads a story aloud, and the group sings songs together before making a craft that matches the day's theme.
It is built for babies, toddlers and preschoolers from birth through age five, with a grown-up along to sit, sing and help with the craft. Children who are still learning to sit through a whole book are welcome; the mix of reading, music and hands-on making gives little ones several ways to join in.
