Body Zone's Stretch and Mobility session runs Fridays at 9:45 AM and costs $5 for members, $15 for non-members. It is a 45-minute small-group active recovery session held in the REP ROOM group workout studio, and it is limited to eight participants only. No end date is stated.

Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex sits in Wyomissing, and it is also home to Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact fitness program built for people living with Parkinson's disease.

The boxing-themed program is what many people know them for: punches, agility drills, footwork, core work, and posture-correcting exercises aimed at balance, coordination, and mobility. Members talk about trainers who hold specialized certifications in Parkinson's fitness and who adjust the work to each person's ability.

The Stretch and Mobility session itself starts with a gentle warm-up on a bike, rower, or treadmill, then moves through structured mobility blocks using the Fitbench, bands, PVC pipes, and foam rollers, with a trainer coaching form along the way. It targets overworked hips, shoulders, ankles, and knees. The wider building holds weight machines, free-weight stations, a yoga room, spinning classes, and an Olympic-size pool.

Body Zone is in Wyomissing. The Stretch and Mobility session is listed on their special training programs page at bodyzonesports.com, with a registration link there. Since seats are capped at eight, signing up ahead is the way to go.

Limited to eight participants only.
