Miss Johanna leads a yoga class for kids at the Boyertown Community Library. Children move through yoga poses chosen for their age, try breath work, and settle into a short relaxation at the end. Music and mindfulness games are part of the class too.
The class is set up for homeschool families with children ages 6 to 12. It runs as a series of sessions at the library on North Reading Avenue in Boyertown.
