Teens ages 13 to 17 can join this book club in the Teen Loft at the Main Library in Reading. Librarians choose a theme, and you pick any book you like that fits it. Themes have included banned books, ghost stories, and books with Native characters.
At each meeting, everyone talks about what they read. There is no assigned title, so you can follow your own taste and still have plenty to share. Bring the book you are reading, or just come ready to talk about it.
Meetings last about an hour in the late afternoon and are free to attend. The Teen Loft is inside the Main Library at 100 S. Fifth Street, and all Reading Public Library locations are accessible.
