Build It is a drop-in style building session for children in the children's area of the Main Library in Reading. Kids explore a variety of building materials and use them to design and construct their own structures, machines and inventions.
The program is open-ended, so children follow their own ideas and see what their creativity can produce. It is a good fit for kids who like to tinker, stack, and figure out how things fit together. Materials are provided at the library.
Sessions meet Saturday mornings for one hour. There is no charge to attend. See the schedule panel for upcoming dates, and contact the Reading Public Library children's department if you have questions before you come.
