While our goal is prompt callbacks and scheduling, we know there’s room for improvement in communicating appointment windows. We’re actively refining our processes to ensure you receive clear arrival times, whether it’s an early-morning service call or a same-day emergency visit.

We believe in fair, honest pricing that reflects the quality and reliability of our work. Many customers appreciate our “very competitive prices,” especially on major installations like heat pump systems. When you choose A P Merkel Plumbing & Heating, you’re investing in craftsmanship that lasts, with no surprise fees or hidden charges.
