A Welcoming Team That Feels Like Family

From the moment your dog steps through our doors, they’re greeted by our friendly and caring staff. Owners frequently highlight the genuine warmth and kindness of our team—whether it’s Lee Ann’s enthusiastic greetings or the way every team member remembers your pup by name. This culture of compassion transforms Aberdeen into a true home-away-from-home, where tails wag in anticipation of every visit.

Safe, Stimulating Boarding & Day Care

We know how important it is for dogs to stay active, social, and secure while you’re away. Our thoughtfully designed play areas and cozy kennels cater to every energy level. Whether your pet is joining us for a day of supervised play or settling in for an overnight stay, they enjoy continuous monitoring, structured activities, and plenty of cuddles. Many clients remark that their dogs bound through our doors each morning—proof that we’ve created an environment built on trust, fun, and genuine care.

Grooming Excellence with a Personal Touch

Aberdeen Kennels doubles as a full-service pet groomer, offering everything from gentle baths and breed-specific trims to nail care and ear cleaning. Most customers rave about our grooming results—especially how we handle fussy or anxious dogs with patience and precision. While changes in our grooming team have challenged us to maintain absolute consistency, we continually refine our training protocols to ensure every cut, brush, and blow-dry lives up to our high standards.

Handling Special Needs & Emergencies

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. Our staff’s keen observation skills and veterinary partnerships mean that even subtle changes in your dog’s health don’t go unnoticed. That attentiveness has made all the difference: on multiple occasions, we’ve identified early warning signs of illness and whisked worried pups off to an urgent vet visit, ensuring prompt treatment and peace of mind for owners. Trust Aberdeen to treat every dog—from the energetic puppy to the senior with special requirements—with unmatched expertise and compassion.

Spotless Facilities, Comfortable Stays

Cleanliness is more than a selling point; it’s a cornerstone of our operations. Our grooming stations, play yards, and kennels undergo rigorous daily sanitization, eliminating odors and minimizing health risks. Most patrons laud our pristine environment, remarking on how the fresh-smelling, well-ventilated spaces put them at ease. In the rare event a standard falls short, we respond swiftly, reinforcing our commitment to the highest hygiene standards.

Transparent Pricing & Exceptional Value

Aberdeen Kennels delivers premium services at fair prices, striking a balance between quality care and affordability. Many clients appreciate our straightforward rate structure and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly what to expect. While occasional rate adjustments are necessary to sustain our elevated standards, we remain dedicated to offering packages and loyalty discounts that honor long-term relationships.

Real-Time Updates: Keeping You Connected

Whether it’s your first overnight boarding or a routine day care visit, we know separation can be tough—both for you and your dog. That’s why we go the extra mile with personalized photo and text updates. A quick snapshot of your pup enjoying playtime or a brief note about their relaxed afternoon nap reassures you that they’re in loving hands. These small gestures build big trust, easing pet-parent anxiety and strengthening our bond with the community.
