Rapid Response for Emergencies & Small Jobs

Electrical and plumbing emergencies don’t wait—and neither do we. Customers value our ability to answer urgent calls and arrive on site, often the same day or even within hours. Whether it’s a late-night power outage, a tripped breaker affecting essential circuits, or a burst pipe flooding your kitchen, Ray makes it a priority. “He made a point to come as soon as possible… worked non-stop,” noted one homeowner who found immediate relief and peace of mind.

Honest Pricing & Exceptional Value

Transparent, fair pricing is at the core of our service philosophy. Many clients appreciate our no-nonsense estimates and competitive rates—often the lowest bidder without ever compromising on quality. “They were the lowest bidder… honest pricing and good craftsmanship,” raves one reviewer. On the rare occasion of a misunderstanding, we address any concerns promptly, ensuring you never face hidden fees or unwelcome surprises.

Clear Communication & Customer Education

We believe an informed customer is a confident one. Ray takes the time to walk you through each step of the project, explaining relevant code requirements, safety considerations, and long-term maintenance tips. For new homeowners especially, this personalized guidance is invaluable:
“He was insightful, helpful, and took the time to explain different electrical concerns I need to be aware of.”

Adel Home Services stands apart by delivering meticulous, detail-oriented craftsmanship—often going above and beyond at no extra charge. From neatly labeled circuit breakers to custom-built shelving around new water heaters, our team ensures every inch of your home is treated with respect and precision. “They took the extra steps in repairing and installing two outlets around the house free of charge,” recalls a delighted customer who appreciated the added value.

Dependability is paramount in home services, and most clients find Ray remarkably punctual and consistent. We strive to stick to scheduled appointments and finish every job thoroughly. In the uncommon instance of a missed appointment, we apologize and immediately reschedule, because your time and trust are as important as the work itself.

Respecting your home environment is a hallmark of our approach. From wearing shoe covers to staging drop cloths and cleaning up after each task, we leave your space just as tidy as we found it—if not better. During heightened health concerns, our team follows rigorous COVID-safety protocols, ensuring peace of mind alongside pristine results.
