Customers repeatedly say, “He knocked it out of the park,” and praise the team’s ability to blend precision with creative problem-solving. Whether it’s installing new plumbing fixtures so they operate flawlessly, hanging drywall with perfectly smooth finishes, or rewiring an entire kitchen for modern safety and efficiency, Tim’s crew treats each detail as if it were their own home. The result is a finished space that not only looks beautiful but functions flawlessly for years to come.

At Beards and Builds, you’ll never be left waiting for updates or scrambling for answers. From the moment you reach out, Tim ensures prompt, transparent communication. Clients rave, “Tim is the best—super easy to communicate with, always responsive,” and note that estimates arrive the same day, often with helpful suggestions for streamlining costs or improving design. You’ll know what’s happening, when it will happen, and how decisions will affect your budget and timeline—every step of the way.

Professionalism, Reliability, and Trust

Punctuality and respect aren’t extras—they’re part of the standard operating procedure at Beards and Builds. Reviewers consistently highlight how “they were always timely, kind, and respectful,” arriving on schedule and treating your home with care. Whether selecting materials or walking you through a complex issue, the team’s courteous demeanor and follow-through build confidence and peace of mind. Customers appreciate the honest, up-front approach—“very fair rates and great human beings as well”—that elevates an ordinary contractor relationship into a true partnership.

Fair, Honest Pricing with Surprises in Your Favor

Transparent, accurate estimates form the backbone of Beards and Builds’ pricing philosophy. Many clients discover that their final bill comes in below the original quote—“He charged me hundreds less than I was expecting,” one happy homeowner reports—turning a routine renovation into an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. This honesty not only saves you money, it fosters a level of trust that’s hard to find in the construction industry. No hidden fees, no last-minute markups—just a fair price for exceptional work.

Speed and Efficiency Without Compromise

When you need results fast, Beards and Builds delivers. Clients marvel that “this huge project was done in two weeks” and praise the availability of same-day service. Yet speed never comes at the expense of quality. Tim’s team balances efficiency with craftsmanship, ensuring that every nail is properly set, every wire is safely connected, and every surface is ready for paint. Quick turnarounds mean minimal disruption to your daily life, so you can enjoy your upgraded space as soon as possible.

Inspired Design Support and Creativity

Beyond technical expertise, Beards and Builds brings a creative edge to every project—thanks in large part to Sara’s keen eye for design. Customers uniformly recognize her “crucial” input in selecting finishes, plants, and fixtures that transform spaces into functional works of art. Whether you’re updating a bathroom, building custom shelving, or reimagining your outdoor living area, Sara collaborates with you to refine colors, textures, and layouts that elevate both beauty and usability. Her hands-on approach—meeting at nurseries in the pouring rain to choose shrubs and flowers—turns a standard remodel into a totally personalized experience.

Deep Expertise and Problem-Solving Prowess

Owning an older home or tackling a major renovation can unearth unexpected challenges, but with Beards and Builds you’ve got experts on your side. Tim conducts thorough inspections—checking for air leaks in century-old walls, upgrading vents to prevent future issues, and anticipating hidden problems before they arise.
