Whether you’re a backyard gardener or a professional landscaper, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated selection backed by expert guidance, careful packaging, and a team dedicated to making every planting project a success.

Exceptional Expertise & Personalized Service

At the heart of Bower & Branch is a staff of knowledgeable plant professionals—affectionately known as the “Plant Whisperer” team—who guide customers from selection to post-planting care. Jessica excels in explaining financing options and walking you through budget considerations, while Paige ensures smooth scheduling and clear communication. Then there’s Freddy, whose professional planting service consistently earns rave reviews for thorough site preparation, precise placement, and spotless cleanup. One customer noted, “Freddy was amazing … polite, professional, and a very hard worker,” and another added, “He did a fantastic job planting the tree!!! Completely cleaned the area!” Although a few customers have experienced delays in follow-up or refund processing, most praise the quick, friendly, and informative responses they receive when they reach out.

Curated Selection of Unique & Native Plants

Bower & Branch specializes in the hard-to-find, the ecologically beneficial, and the visually striking. You’ll discover:

• Green Giant Arborvitae: A top choice for instant privacy screening, these giants can shoot up 18–20 inches in a growing season, transforming a bare fence line into a lush evergreen hedge.
• Audubon Native Perennials: Grown without neonicotinoid pesticides, these region-specific plants arrive larger and more mature than many local alternatives. They support pollinators and native fauna, making them a garden favorite for eco-conscious landscapers.
• Specialty Natives & Rarities: From flame hornbeams and rare shrubs to unusual understory trees, the nursery’s rotating inventory invites gardeners to explore new textures, colors, and habitat-friendly options. One customer enthused, “They have many unique and hard to find varieties including natives,” while another declared, “I purchased a large Native Flame Hornbeam… very happy with my trees.”

Seamless Delivery & Plant Health Assurance

Most Bower & Branch orders arrive on time, carefully packaged to protect root balls and foliage. Customers often celebrate receiving their trees or shrubs in peak condition—full, healthy, and exactly as described. “Size, plant health, service all top notch,” wrote one satisfied buyer after receiving a delivery. The company partners with trusted carriers, offers shipment tracking, and provides proactive care tips to help you acclimate your new plants to their environment. On occasion, shipping delays or communication gaps can extend delivery timelines, and a small number of customers have reported undersized or brown specimens. When issues arise, Bower & Branch encourages customers to document concerns promptly for replacement or refund under their warranty policy.

Transparent Pricing & Warranty Choices

Bower & Branch positions itself as a premier supplier, and pricing reflects the quality, maturity, and rarity of its stock—plus the cost of insured shipping. Many customers feel the higher price is justified: “The prices may be higher than local nurseries, but the Audubon Native perennials are larger and more mature, and shipping is included,” wrote one. However, a few buyers have found value harder to gauge when a warranty claim becomes complicated. While the nursery offers optional multi-year coverage, some customers reported difficulty securing refunds or replacements after declining extended warranties. Bower & Branch continues to refine its warranty and refund processes to ensure a fair and transparent resolution for every customer concern.
