Services and Specialties

Customers report that Bubbles & Beyond offers comprehensive grooming packages including custom haircuts, ear cleaning, and specialized nail trimming—most notably dulclaw removal, a service many other salons avoid. The team adapts styles to each dog’s breed and owner preferences, ensuring tailored results rather than one-size-fits-all cuts.

Quality and Results

Grooming quality is a standout positive theme. Reviewers praise the precision of the trim lines, even fur lengths, and consistent fur texture after a wash and blow-dry. Many mention that their pets come home looking and smelling exceptionally clean. Freshness of the coat and attention to finishing touches are cited as key reasons customers return.

Staff and Customer Experience

Personalized attention from staff members—particularly Kelly and Sarah—is frequently mentioned by name. Reviewers highlight genuine warmth toward pets and owners, describing staff who remember individual animal temperaments and preferences. This level of personalization fosters strong brand loyalty and reassures owners that their pets are in capable hands.

Multiple customers note that the grooming team employs gentle handling techniques and a soothing environment, transforming what could be a stressful visit into a positive experience for sensitive pets. This capability is a major differentiator among local grooming options.

Scheduling and Communication

Feedback on appointments is mixed. Several reviewers appreciate proactive notifications when openings occur or if cancellations arise, allowing for flexible rescheduling. Prospective clients should plan appointments well in advance and consider confirming via text or email if possible.

The reception area and grooming stations receive praise for their sanitary conditions, reinforcing confidence in hygiene standards. Staff members maintain a courteous and professional demeanor throughout the visit, contributing to an overall positive customer impression.
