C&S Wholesale Grocers Logistics

Located in the heart of Robesonia, PA, C&S Wholesale Grocers Logistics stands as a premier wholesale grocer, warehouse, and wholesaler hub serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Built on decades of industry expertise, our facility is designed to handle high-volume deliveries while maintaining the flexibility and amenities that today’s drivers and carriers demand. Whether you’re delivering fresh produce or dry goods, you’ll find that our logistics operation is committed to efficiency, convenience, and a professional experience—day or night.

Streamlined Appointment Scheduling & Door Assignment

At C&S Wholesale Grocers Logistics, we understand that predictability is everything for truck operators. That’s why we offer an appointment-based system designed to reward early arrivals. Drivers who check in ahead of their scheduled window often enjoy rapid door assignments—sometimes in as little as 10 minutes before their appointment time—enabling turnarounds in under an hour. Even if your load appointment is set for the wee hours, our team works to keep communication clear: arrive early, check in, and our night-owl staff will guide you to your dock exactly when promised.

Overnight Parking & Modern Staging Facilities

One of our most applauded features is the dedicated overnight parking and staging area. For drivers who prefer to arrive the evening before a sunrise delivery, our expansive inbound staging lot provides peace of mind and security. With dozens of marked spots just inside the gate—and ten additional spaces at the Exxon station directly across the street—rest easy knowing your rig is safely parked and ready for an early morning run. Receiving opens as early as 3:00 AM, so staging your truck nearby ensures you’re first in line when doors open.

Security & Check-In Process

Your safety and efficiency matter to us. Upon arrival, you’ll meet our security team for a swift check-in and door assignment. Many drivers praise our friendly nighttime guard—“a really nice old man” who offers local tips and step-by-step instructions—so you can settle in quickly. While experiences can vary during busier daytime shifts, our security staff aims to uphold consistent standards: from credential verification to dock notification, we strive to balance thoroughness with speed, ensuring you get moving without unnecessary delay.

Efficient Lumper Services & Transparent Fees

To expedite unloading, C&S Wholesale Grocers Logistics partners with professional lumper crews who can handle most loads swiftly. Drivers frequently note that having an experienced lumper team onsite can shave hours off the unloading process. We also recognize that lumper fees can be a pain point. While market rates apply, we’re committed to transparent billing and prompt paperwork to minimize additional wait times when clearing lumper invoices.

Dedicated Receiving & Product Handling

Our warehouse is equipped to handle everything from dry pallets to temperature-sensitive freight. Despite our efforts to maintain top-tier handling protocols, we know drivers care deeply about product integrity—and so do we. In the event of damage claims, our receiving staff works to review documentation (including driver-provided photos) and resolve issues fairly. We encourage open lines of communication, so if there’s ever a discrepancy, please reach out immediately. Our goal is to foster mutual trust and a smoother delivery experience every time.

Professionalism & On-Site Amenities

At C&S Wholesale Grocers Logistics, we believe that a positive staff attitude transforms a routine drop-off into a truly supportive experience. Many drivers have noted the courteous manner of our night shift team, while others have shared constructive feedback on daytime interactions. We take all comments to heart, continually training our receiving and office staff to maintain a welcoming, “can-do” approach.
When it’s time to grab a bite or pick up essentials, you’re in luck: a convenience store and Subway restaurant sit just across the street. No matter how long you’re onsite—whether waiting for a door assignment or wrapping up paperwork—you’ll have quick access to snacks, coffee, and hot meals without leaving the property.
