Customers appreciate the swift checkout process, and many mention that “friendly people” and “good service” have made routine visits something to look forward to.

Fueling Your Journey

With competitively priced fuel and a row of high-speed pumps, Citgo helps you get back on the road quickly. Our pumps operate during store hours to ensure safety and on-site assistance. While we understand that some guests have arrived just after closing and wished to fuel up later in the evening, our team is dedicated to making every open-hour visit smooth and efficient. Night or day, trust Citgo to keep you moving.

A Community Hub

One of Citgo’s greatest strengths lies in its genuine, family-like atmosphere. Regulars will tell you, “This place is like family,” and that sense of belonging shows in every smile and greeting behind the counter. Our staff takes pride in remembering names, favorite drinks, and travel stories, forging connections that turn first-time customers into familiar faces. Repeat visitors often cite that warm rapport as the main reason they choose Citgo over the larger chains.

Gaming & Entertainment

At Citgo Reading, we’re more than just fuel and snacks. Our skill-based gaming machines offer a fun diversion while you fuel or take a break. To comply with Pennsylvania regulations and ensure fair play, we routinely verify completed puzzles and monitor payouts. This structured approach helps protect customers and maintain an honest gaming environment. Some patrons have noted our firm policy enforcement—rest assured, this clarity is in place to guarantee every player enjoys a consistent, trustworthy experience.

Commitment to Safety & Service

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Citgo employs visible security cameras, secure cash-handling procedures, and well-lit interiors to deter theft or mishandling. We’ve heard feedback from the community—both the praise and the concerns—and continually refine our practices. If you ever feel something isn’t right, our on-site manager welcomes your questions or feedback to resolve matters swiftly and transparently.

Team attitude matters here, and while a few customers have reported occasional tensions at the counter, we take every comment to heart. Ongoing staff training focuses on respectful communication, conflict resolution, and empathy, so that each interaction leaves you feeling heard and valued. We believe that positive service sparks positive visits—and that’s the standard we strive to uphold day in and day out.
