Above-and-Beyond Services

What truly distinguishes Content Critter from other pet care providers is its dedication to going the extra mile. Need someone to collect your mail, water your plants, or pick those ripe tomatoes before they spoil? Consider it done. Clients regularly highlight these thoughtful extras as signs of genuine caring: “She picked up our mail, watered plants, and even collected our ripe tomatoes.” In one memorable instance, the team even installed a riser on a back deck staircase so a senior pup could navigate more safely. It’s these special touches that turn good service into great relationships.

The Charm of the “Bark Bus” Pick-Up

For pet parents looking to add an element of fun to their dog’s day, Content Critter’s signature “Bark Bus” pick-up is an absolute delight. Picture your pup’s excitement as Jed rolls up in the cozy, dog-friendly van, ready to whisk them off to play dates or sleepovers. “Max would look forward to his play dates and sleepovers with the ‘bark bus’—Jed would open the garage and he was so excited,” one thrilled owner recalls. This charming, stress-free transportation option transforms routine care into an adventure both you and your dog will look forward to.

Exceptional Crisis Transport Assistance

In rare moments of crisis, Content Critter’s compassion shines brightest. When one client’s long-lost kitty needed urgent transport to make a flight home, Claudia personally stepped in to reunite family and pet. This extraordinary act underscores a core belief: pets are family, and their well-being is non-negotiable.
