Kutztown Borough

Kutztown Borough is a municipal government serving the borough of Kutztown in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The borough operates a broad range of departments covering day-to-day community needs, including administration, community development, police, public works, parks and recreation, refuse and recycling, wastewater, and water. Notably, the borough also runs its own electric utility and telecommunications and IT services. The borough office on Railroad Street is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Borough Council holds regular in-person meetings; the next scheduled meeting is August 18, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kutztown Train Station.
