National Cleaners

Nestled in the heart of Wyomissing, National Cleaners has been serving our community as a full-service dry cleaner dedicated to bringing professional garment care to every corner of Berks County. Whether it’s your favorite suit, a delicate silk blouse or a bulky comforter, our team treats each item as if it were their own. As your neighborhood dry cleaner, we know how important it is to look—and feel—your best, and we’re here to help.

Our Commitment to Quality Care

From crisp dress shirts to evening gowns, great cleaning starts with attention to detail. At National Cleaners, we pride ourselves on state-of-the-art cleaning processes and stain-removal expertise. We understand that perfectly pressed, wrinkle-free garments are more than a convenience—they’re an essential part of your daily confidence. While we continuously refine our finishing techniques, we’ve heard feedback from customers who have had to press items again at home. That honesty has inspired us to invest in new equipment and advanced steaming technologies, so you receive the smooth, flawless results you expect without extra effort on your end.

Efficient Turnaround You Can Count On

Time is precious, and you need a dry cleaner that respects your schedule. Many of our customers appreciate that we often finish orders ahead of promised deadlines—one customer who brought in a comforter on August 2nd was thrilled to find it ready by August 8th instead of the expected August 18th. We’re proud to exceed expectations when we can, and when unexpected delays occur, we’ll reach out promptly with an updated pick-up time. Whether you’re preparing for an impromptu business trip or simply need that weekend shirt ready fast, National Cleaners strives to hit deadlines and keep your wardrobe on track.

Transparent Pricing and Hassle-Free Payments

No one likes surprises at the register. At National Cleaners, we’ve heard customers express frustration over unclear billing and advance payments that weren’t reflected on their ticket. To make every transaction seamless, each order now comes with a clear, itemized receipt showing what you paid and what’s still due. We offer multiple payment options—cash, credit or mobile pay—and our staff will gladly review your ticket before you leave, so you never have to make an extra trip back to settle a charge. It’s all part of our promise to keep pricing straightforward and our communication crystal clear.

Personalized Customer Service with Heart

Friendly, knowledgeable service is at the core of our business. We understand how important it is to feel heard and respected when entrusting someone with your favorite pieces. While past feedback has pointed to moments of unreturned calls or missing apologies, we’ve taken that to heart. Our front-desk team now undergoes regular training in customer relations and follow-up procedures. When an issue arises—be it a missed item or a garment that needs a second pass at cleaning—we offer prompt, sincere apologies, clear explanations, and immediate remedies. Your time matters to us, and so does your satisfaction.

Accuracy from Start to Finish

Every garment deserves careful handling from drop-off to pick-up. If an order is incomplete or an item goes missing, it not only interrupts your plans but erodes trust. We’ve responded by strengthening our intake protocols: each piece is tagged, counted and photographed upon arrival, and you receive a summary of what was checked in. Before you leave, we confirm your order with you one more time. This double-check system ensures that when you return, every shirt, dress or comforter is there waiting—fully cleaned and ready to wear.

A Tradition of Loyalty in Wyomissing

Over the years, we’ve been honored to earn the loyalty of countless neighbors. One longtime customer summed it up simply: “My cleaners of choice.” That kind of endorsement doesn’t come lightly. It’s built on years of consistent service, genuine care and a willingness to listen and improve. From the professional dropping off business attire to the busy parent entrusting weekend laundry, we appreciate every individual who walks through our doors. You’re not just a ticket number—you’re part of the National Cleaners family.
