Grooming Quality & Consistency

Quality is the cornerstone of our work. Clients regularly praise our consistent, high-caliber results, noting “the best haircut our Havapoo, Oakley, has ever received!” Under the expert guidance of Jess, every clip, brush stroke, and fluff is executed with meticulous care. Whether it’s a routine trim or a complete style transformation, you can trust Pawlished Tails to deliver a flawless, comfortable groom every single time.

Staff Friendliness & Professionalism

From your first inquiry to the happy wag at pickup, our friendly, professional team makes every visit a pleasure. Owners frequently comment, “The owners are super kind and clearly passionate about what they do,” while another adds, “Jess is so pleasant! You can tell she loves what she does.” At Pawlished Tails, warm welcomes, attentive service, and open communication ensure both you and your dog feel valued and at ease.

Personalized Care & Handling

Understanding that every dog has unique needs, we provide one-on-one attention in a calm, private setting. As one customer shared, “She is much happier being the only dog on site rather than being placed in a crate.” Our gentle handling, patient reassurance, and tailored approach turn each grooming session into a positive experience, nurturing trust and comfort for even the most sensitive pups.

Appointment Scheduling & Flexibility

We know life can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible appointment times to fit your busy schedule. Clients appreciate our quick turnarounds: “I called on Saturday to get my puppy’s nails clipped and Jess was able to squeeze her in that Monday,” and “Called Jess on a Tuesday & had an appointment that Friday.” At Pawlished Tails, accommodating your timeline is part of our commitment to stress-free pet care.

Specialty Breed Expertise

When it comes to distinctive coats and specific breed styles, Pawlished Tails is in a league of our own. Our resident stylist Jessica is very talented with challenging coat types, whether it’s a Portuguese Water Dog or a West Highland White Terrier. As one owner observes, “Since she was a pup, we’ve had a difficult time finding a groomer for a PWD – and they get it right every time!” Another client shares, “Took a while to find someone who really knows how to groom our Westie.” Expect expert cuts that honor breed standards and keep pups comfortable and healthy.

Salon Atmosphere & Environment

Step into our clean, cozy salon and feel the difference a peaceful grooming space can make. In our one-on-one environment, dogs receive focused attention away from the bustle of kennels or crowded daycare floors. “One on one atmosphere was refreshing,” one reviewer shares, while another reports, “So friendly, my dog loved it, he looked fantastic. Done in a timely fashion.” We’ve designed every detail to reduce stress and enhance comfort.

Pup Pampering Extras

We believe the final touches are just as important as the cut. Every groom includes complimentary professional photos and a choice of fun accessories—bandanas, bows, and scented spritzes—to celebrate your pup’s fresh new look. Clients cherish these thoughtful extras: “Our pup always walks away clean and fresh and with some fabulous new photos and accessories.” These delightful add-ons turn grooming into an unforgettable treat for pets and owners alike.
