• “The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating.”
• “The best family-owned, likable, and most informative garden center I’ve ever been to!”

While we strive for consistent professionalism, we’re also committed to learning from occasional lapses—such as the rare instance of unorganized or unwelcoming service—and continuously improving our customer experience.

Unmatched Selection: Heirloom Tomatoes, Planters & Seasonal Finds

At R P Nurseries, diversity is our specialty. Our plant beds burst with a spectrum of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees—each handpicked for quality and vigor. Gardeners rave about our unbeatable heirloom tomato selection, stocked with everything from Cherokee Purple to Green Zebra, and the flexibility to buy single plants for custom color schemes.

• “Our go-to place for an incredible selection of heirloom tomato varieties.”
• “Love that you can buy plants as singles to mix and match too.”

As the seasons turn, our displays evolve. Fall brings an array of pumpkins with character-filled stems (or “handles,” as one shopper playfully noted), complemented by colorful planters in every size and hue. Come winter, we gear up for poinsettias and other holiday favorites that infuse your home with festive cheer.

Professional Landscaping & Installation Services

Beyond our thriving garden center, R P Nurseries offers full-service landscaping and installation tailored to your property’s unique topography and style. Greg—our installation maestro—leads a dedicated crew that delivers on both craftsmanship and creativity. From the classic elegance of a flagstone patio to the cozy ambiance of a custom-built firepit, our projects reflect time-tested materials and meticulous attention to detail.

• “They built a gorgeous firepit and a small patio using classic time-tested quality materials & skills.”
• “Installed professionally by Greg and his assistants. Great experience.”

We understand that the mark of a successful landscape lies not only in design but also in cleanup. While many clients commend our prompt, spotless project wrap-ups, we are responsive to feedback when expectations fall short, ensuring every installation meets our high standards.

Transparent Pricing & Reliable Scheduling

A cornerstone of our customer promise is transparency. You’ll find our plant and container prices fair and clearly posted—no surprises at the register. For landscaping services, we provide detailed estimates that outline materials, labor, and any applicable fees. We’re aware that a handful of guests have encountered unexpected credit-card surcharges; rest assured we’re actively reviewing payment policies to prevent overcharges and maintain trust.

• “Well cared for and priced just right plants and flowers.”
• “I was charged an extra 7.85% for paying by credit card… staff did not investigate the overcharge.”

Equally important is our commitment to timeliness. When we say we’ll be there, we’re there—equipment, crew, and mulch ready for action. Whether it’s delivering custom-color mulch on schedule or arriving punctually for a spring planting, our reliability gives clients peace of mind from start to finish.

• “They came out when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion.”
• “Mulched with color mulch I specified. Excellent work.”
