Topton Borough

Topton Borough is a municipal government serving approximately 2,000 residents in the northeast corner of Berks County, Pennsylvania. The borough is largely surrounded by Longswamp Township, with a small corner adjacent to Maxatawny Township, and was incorporated in February 1876.
