GIANT Center is a 10,500-seat arena in Hershey, PA, and the home of the Hershey Bears, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Washington Capitals. It also hosts concerts, comedy, ice shows, family shows and PIAA championships.

The Bears are 13-time Calder Cup champions, and most home games fall on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, so a game fits a day trip from Berks. The arena seats 10,500 and books touring acts between hockey nights: this fall Jim Gaffigan on November 6 and Trans-Siberian Orchestra on December 18.
