$30 per Month Membership for Ages 16 to 25

Club 25 gets ages 16 to 25 a Body Zone fitness membership for $30 a month. The plan is for ages 16 to 25 only, and anyone 16 or 17 must have a parent or guardian present to purchase. An annual fitness membership commitment is required, and it may not be combined with any other discount or offer.

Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex sits in Wyomissing, and it is home to Rock Steady Boxing, a physical fitness program built for people living with Parkinson's disease. The membership plans run from $30 a month up to the Lifestyle Membership at $69 a month.

The Rock Steady program is non-contact and boxing-themed, mixing punches, agility drills, and strength work. Participants talk about gains in balance, coordination, and mobility. The coaches hold specialized certifications in Parkinson's fitness, and members single out how workouts get tailored to what each person can do that day.

There is more to the building than the ring. Members use weight machines and free-weight stations, a yoga room, spinning classes, and an Olympic-size pool. Classes run early morning, midday, and evening, so the schedule bends around work and school.

Body Zone is in Wyomissing, and the Club 25 rate is listed on their membership specials page. You can ask a Member Advisor about it at (610) 376-2100, stop in Monday through Wednesday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or fill out the inquiry form on the site.

For ages 16-25 only. Ages 16-17 must have parent/guardian present with them to purchase a membership. Annual fitness membership commitment required. May not be combined with any other discount or offer.
