Creation Yoga is a yoga studio in Wyomissing, at 200 Spring Ridge Rd, Suite 202. It serves first-time students and longtime practitioners alike.

Students talk about the instructors most: knowledgeable, patient teaching, careful adjustments, and guidance that meets each person where they are. The small group format means plenty of one-on-one attention, and the room has a non-judgmental, down-to-earth feel. Regulars point to better flexibility, less anxiety, and more mindfulness after sticking with it.

The schedule runs wide, from foundational Hatha flows and vigorous Vinyasa to gentle restorative and power yoga, plus weekend workshops, meditation circles, and seasonal retreats. The practice room has floor-to-ceiling windows and natural light, with blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps on hand. Bring your own mat and water bottle.

The studio is in Wyomissing. The five-class package is purchased through the packages page on their website, where other packages for private yoga and somatic healing sessions are also listed. You can reach them at (610) 780-3166 with questions before you buy.
