The adult Membership Club plan at Malloy & Devine Signature Dental runs $30 a month for members 13 and older, and the practice says it saves $112. It covers two doctor exams, two cleanings and two fluoride treatments a year, bitewing radiographs once a year, full mouth radiographs once every five years, and one emergency visit annually.

There is a $99 initiation fee that also covers the first month. A credit card is kept on file and billed once a month on either the 1st or the 15th. After signing up, there is a one year contract before any cancellation.
