B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.: Free Smart Thermostat with Furnace Installation

B&L Ott is giving a free smart thermostat with a furnace installation. The offer runs through 10/31/2026. Restrictions may apply, and they ask that you call for details.

B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC contractor with its office on Luzerne Street in Reading. They work across Berks, Lancaster, and Chester Counties, handling heating, cooling, boilers, and water heaters for homes throughout the area.

Customers single out the technicians for their depth of knowledge and the way they explain each step before work begins. Scheduling is another common theme: fast follow-ups, estimators out quickly, and installers who arrive early with everything in hand. Installations get credit for careful workmanship, minimal disruption, and thorough clean-up.

The service list runs well past furnaces. They handle air conditioning repair and installation, ductless mini splits, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork, generators, water heaters, oil to gas conversions, and geothermal systems, plus indoor air quality work like humidifiers, air filtration, and thermostats. Preventative maintenance agreements are available, and emergency service is offered around the clock for after-hours breakdowns.

They are based in Reading, with office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The thermostat promotion is listed on their specials page, where you can redeem the offer online, book through their scheduling tool, or call 610-927-5133 to ask what the installation would involve for your home.
