B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.: Free Smart Thermostat with Furnace Installation

Get a free smart thermostat when you have a furnace installed by B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning. The offer is listed on their specials page and runs through 10/31/2026. Restrictions may apply, so call them for details.

B&L Ott is a locally owned and operated HVAC contractor based in Reading, with an office on Luzerne Street. They serve homes across Berks, Lancaster, and Chester Counties.

Homeowners single out the technicians for knowing their equipment and explaining each step before work begins. Installation crews get credit for tidy workmanship, minimal disruption, and a thorough clean-up when the job is done. People also mention how quickly the office follows up, with estimators and installers often arriving within a day or two.

The work covers more than furnaces. They handle air conditioning repair and installation, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, generators, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality equipment such as humidifiers and filtration. Preventive maintenance plans are available, and emergency service runs around the clock for heating, cooling, and water heater problems.

They are in Reading, with office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. To claim the thermostat offer, redeem it on the specials page at otthvac.com or call 610-927-5133. Appointments can also be booked online or through their automated scheduling concierge, which is available any time of day.
