New Beginnings Massage Wellness Center: Retreat at $350 per Person for Groups of 2 to 5

New Beginnings Massage Wellness Center is offering a half-day mini wellness retreat at $350 per person for groups of 2 to 5. Each guest receives a one-hour restorative yoga session, a one-hour therapeutic massage, an acupuncture healing circle, an infrared sauna session, and a healthy meal with wine or water. Retreats are scheduled around your group, so call ahead to reserve a date.

They are a full-service massage spa in Wyomissing, with Reiki therapists and certified yoga instructors on the team. The center sits at 200 Spring Ridge Drive, Suite 202, and is open daily.

Clients talk about the therapists' skill and the pain relief that follows a session, whether the issue is chronic soreness or plain tension. Therapists ask about problem areas first, then adjust pressure and technique to the person on the table. The facials have a following of their own.
