About the event
Get The Led Out brings the music of Led Zeppelin to the Santander Performing Arts Center stage on Friday, February 12, 2027, at 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 7:00 PM.
The Philadelphia-based group is built around six veteran musicians who have made it their focus to capture the essence of Zeppelin's recorded music and carry it to the concert stage, from the bombastic and epic to the folky and mystical. Rather than working as look-alikes, they approach the catalog as fans and players first, and they use the multi-instrumentalists in the lineup to re-create the studio overdubs Zeppelin never performed live, so when a record has three guitars on it, three guitarists play it on stage.
Known in the press as "The American Led Zeppelin," the band leans into the early years while also reaching for deeper cuts that were seldom heard in concert, and an acoustic portion of the night makes room for songs such as "Tangerine." It is a full evening of familiar riffs and quieter turns for anyone in Berks County who grew up with these albums or is meeting them for the first time.
Hosted by Santander Performing Arts Center on BerksConnect.
