Settle in beneath the dome of the Neag Planetarium for an hour of gentle yoga guided by a certified instructor. The projected night sky sets the pace, and the session leans toward slow movement and relaxation rather than anything strenuous, which makes it approachable whether you practice often or are just getting started.
This is Week 2 of Fall Series 3, held at the Reading Public Museum on Museum Road. Participants bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Reservations are encouraged to guarantee a spot, and walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
If weather affects a class, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media channels, and any missed session is added to the end of the series.
